Wasabi and Avocado Mayonnaise

- 4 tsp wasabi powder
- 90 g SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Rinse your avocado and then slice in half before removing the stone and scooping out the flesh.
Mash the avocado in a bowl until it becomes a smooth purée. Then add the SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, wasabi powder, soy sauce, mirin and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to the mix.
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice in with the other ingredients before mixing it together well until you have a smooth, even mayonnaise with a light green colour.
Use it as a dip for your chips or vegetables, a delicious way to add some fire to your sandwiches or with classic Japanese dishes like okonomiyaki or takoyaki.
Tip:- Try adding a little chopped onion or tomato to the mayonnaise for some extra flavour and colour.
