- 1 large tuna steak, 3 cm thick
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
- ½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
- small squeeze wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce for dipping
Sprinkle ¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON on one side of the tuna and leave 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix oyster and teriyaki sauces together. Place the fish into the sauce marinade, SIDS CRAZY LEMON side down. Sprinkle ¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON on the top side of the fish and leave for 15 minutes. Turn the fish in the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
Cook fish on medium high heat for 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Time will vary depending on how thick the tuna is. The fish must be 50% red. Cut into 5 mm angular slices.
Serve with a small dish each of wasabi paste and teriyaki sauce.
