Scrambled Eggs - The Best

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g milk
  • 25 ml cream
  • ΒΌ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients together, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, in a steel bowl placed on a pot of near boiling water.(like melting chocolate) Keep mixing slowly until mixture starts to set. Season then serve on toast.
    Option: Make Beurne Noisette (cook butter in a pan till brown) and pour over eggs.
