Prawn and Pea Curry

Ingredients

  • 400 g king prawns
  • 150 g diced onions
  • 150 g sliced mixed peppers
  • 225 g peas
  • 1 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY MINT VINEGAR
  • 500 g curry sauce
  • easy steam white rice, 3 bags

Directions

  1. Fry the onions and peppers in a non-stick pan until softened (no oil required). Add sauce, prawns, peas, SIDS RASPBERRY MINT VINEGAR and simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
