Mustard Greens 'N' Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rice bran oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
  • 1 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 250 g spinach
  • 150 g cress or any green leaf
  • 500 g can cannelloni beans, drained
  • 200 g green beans

Directions

  1. Cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes in a large pan then stir in the remaining ingredients, including SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, to heat through. Season to taste then serve.
