Indian Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 orange bell peppers, seeded & chopped
  • 1 red onion, peeled & chopped
  • 2 cups SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, mix together bell peppers, onion, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Stirring occasionally, cook 30 minutes, until thickened. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving.
