Hamburger Patties

Ingredients

  • 500g fatty mince
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB or
  • 1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

  1. Sprinkle mince with all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT or SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and mix well with your fingers. Put into cling-wrap and roll a big sausage, seal ends and refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Slice off 12 mm thick patties (remember to remove wrap after slicing) and cook on hot grill, turning every 15 seconds until brown-black.
