Crockpot Apple BBQ Pork Tenderloin

- 2 kg pork loin
- 2 tbsp rice bran oil
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1½ cups SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
- 595 g apple pie filling
- 2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
- ¼ tsp black pepper
In a very large skillet set to medium high heat. When the pan is hot add the cooking oil. Add the pork loin to the skillet and brown on all sides, no need to cook through, the slow cooker will do that.
Remove pork from the skillet to cool, then place in a 4 lt-sized freezer bag. Add the onion, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, apples, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and black pepper. Zip closed, shake gently then place in freezer. When ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight. Empty contents into crock-pot and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
