Crêpes with Ham & Cheese


  • CRÊPES:--
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • butter for greasing
  • FILLING:--
  • 10 ham slices
  • 10 cheese slices


  1. In a bowl, put flour and SIDS SALT & PEPPER then mix well. Melt butter in a microwave then set aside.
    Beat the eggs and the milk then add the flour mixture. Add the melted margarine and beat for 2-3 minutes until well incorporated.
    Grease a non-stick frying pan with some butter and heat over low heat. When the butter starts melting, pour small portions of the dough with a ladle until cover completely covering the bottom. When the first side starts to turn slightly golden, flip with a spatula and cook about a minute until golden. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
    Put a cheese slice and a ham slice over each crepe, roll them over the filling and serve.
