- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 red onion, fine chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, fine chopped
- ⅓ cup minced garlic
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 8 baps
Mix together the ground beef, red onion, orange pepper, garlic, onion soup mix, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, bread crumbs, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, salt and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Divide the ground beef mixture into 8 equal balls and form each one into a patty. Place the patties on a baking sheet, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow all of the flavours to come together.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oiled grate. Cook the patties for about 6 minutes per side for well done burgers.
Cut baps in ½ and place on the grill, cut side down, for 30 seconds. Assemble with your favourite sauces and enjoy.
