Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 kg chicken pieces, cooked
  • 100 g dried apricots, quartered
  • 5 tbsp apricot jam
  • 500 ml water
  • 50 g gluten free french onion soup
  • 200 ml SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
  • 100 g onions, sliced
  • 20 g butter

Directions

  1. In a large pan, cook onions for 2 minutes.
    Whisk together soup mix,
    SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, water and apricot jam then add to pan.

    Bring to boil, stirring continuously, then add apricots and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until hot.
