Aloo Phujia

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup rice bran oil
  • 500 g potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

  1. Lightly brown onion in oil in a skillet. Stir in SIDS CRAZY SALT, cayenne, turmeric and cumin. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, cover pan and cook until potatoes are soft, about 10 minutes.
