Air Fryer Garlic & Parsley Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL
  • ½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 175°C.
    Combine potatoes with SIDS LEMON THYME & MUSTARD OIL in a bowl and toss to coat. Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, ¼ tsp granulated garlic and ¼ tsp parsley and toss to coat. Repeat with remaining garlic and parsley. Pour potatoes into the air fryer basket.
    Place the basket in the air fryer and cook, tossing occasionally, until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
