Pâté of Lentil

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp rice bran oil
  • ½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
  • SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
  • 1½ tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 tsp bush honey

Directions

  1. Simmer broth and lentils in a covered pan until they are soft and vegetable broth is absorbed, about 30 minutes. Let cool.
    Place all the ingredients, including
     SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY SALT and honey, in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour in more broth if too thick.
