Ma Mee Soup

Ingredients

  • 600 g prawns, shelled
  • 1 cup choysam
  • 500 g chicken pieces (wings & drumsticks)
  • 2 pkts Minute Noodles
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
  • chicken stock cube
  • SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pan, add water, SIDS CRAZY SALT, chicken, onions, thyme and chicken stock. Boil then simmer, with lid on, until chicken is cooked. 20 minutes before serving, add prawns, choysam and noodles then cook until noodles are soft. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste then serve.
