Beet Salad (Pancar Salatasi)

Ingredients

  • 3 beetroots
  • 500 ml yoghurt, drained
  • ½ tsp caraway seed
  • SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
  • 1 tbsp mint, fresh & chopped
  • 1 tsp SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR

Directions

  1. Wash the beetroots and boil until soft then cool. When cool, peel the beetroots and cut into small cubes. Hold aside ¼ cup beetroots for garnish.
    Mix beetroots with
    SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR all the other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate to chill.
    Garnish with diced beetroots and mint sprigs. Season with 
    SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve.
