Ingredients

  • 1 kg fresh tuna steaks, cubed
  • ½ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped spring onions
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chilli
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine tuna, soy sauce, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili pepper and macadamia nuts then mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
